Occentra AI · Coming soon
AI for the work that slows occupational health teams down.
Occentra AI brings practical intelligence into Referrals, Cases, Forms, Documents and clinical workflows, helping teams spend less time finding, rewriting and re-entering information.
Built into the workflow
AI works best when it already understands the work.
Occentra AI operates around the occupational health context already held in the platform. Referrals, Cases, Forms, Documents and workflow history provide the context needed to assist with real operational work.
It is part of Occentra, not a disconnected chatbot sitting beside it.
Planned capabilities
Practical AI across the occupational health workflow.
Coming soon. Not generally available today.
Referral and Case summarisation
Turn long Referral and Case histories into concise, useful context for practitioners and operational teams.
Report and correspondence drafting
Create first drafts from the information already held in Occentra, ready for practitioner review.
Form and Document extraction
Extract structured information from Forms and Documents instead of repeatedly reading and re-entering the same data.
Administrative next actions
Identify the next operational steps required to keep Cases moving.
Case information retrieval
Find the relevant history, notes and Documents without manually searching across the Case.
Consultation documentation
Reduce the administrative burden of producing clear consultation notes and clinical documentation.
These capabilities are part of the Occentra AI roadmap. Register interest to learn when they become available.
Clinical control
AI assists. Practitioners decide.
Occentra AI is designed to reduce administrative workload while keeping professional judgement where it belongs: with occupational health practitioners.
AI-generated summaries, drafts and suggested actions remain subject to appropriate human review before they affect clinical or operational decisions.
Inside Occentra
One platform. One context.
Occentra AI works with the same occupational health data and workflows already managed by the platform.
- Referrals
- Cases
- Employees
- Forms
- Documents
That shared context is what allows AI assistance to be useful rather than generic.
Open integration
Built for AI tools that can work with Occentra.
Occentra is being designed to support the Model Context Protocol (MCP), giving approved AI tools and agents a standard way to work with occupational health workflows through explicit, permissioned capabilities.
MCP gives Occentra a path to expose the right context and actions without opening the platform indiscriminately. Tenant boundaries, permissions and the existing domain model remain fundamental.
Explicit capabilities
AI tools can use clearly defined Occentra capabilities rather than receiving unrestricted platform access.
Permission-aware context
Employees, Referrals, Cases, Forms and Documents remain subject to the same tenancy and permission boundaries as the rest of Occentra.
Interoperable by design
Occentra is designed to work with compatible AI clients and agent platforms rather than locking customers into a single proprietary assistant.
Auditable interaction
Actions performed through AI integrations remain attributable and observable within Occentra.
MCP integration is planned and is not yet generally available.
Occupational health software should do more of the administrative work.
Occentra brings Referrals, Cases and occupational health workflows into one platform, with AI designed to make that work faster and easier to manage.
